I am going to reveal to you one of the biggest secrets of daily magic, as I call it.
It is a very simple rule, yet a very complex rule at the same time. When you use it, everything changes in your life. Would you like to change everything? Would you like to change even one thing? How would you imagine doing that? If you are not completely happy about who you are now, you're going to love this simple rule. If you are completely happy about who you are today, congratulations -- you already discovered this rule by yourself!
Now, relax and concentrate, as the warriors of light do, because this is the message that I want to transfer to you:
What you do, you become.
It is very simple, and very powerful at the same time. The problem is that most of us already know this rule, but we do not integrate its knowledge into our daily lives, and so it become useless. I think that this rule is very complex in its nature, despite its apparent simplicity. Just look at what you did today. Remember when you woke up, then remember what you were doing until this moment when you are reading.
For the majority of people the following answer applies: "I woke up, turned the autopilot mode on, and here I am!" People who are able to be lucid while dreaming at night call this mode "dreaming while awake".
Now remember the previous day. Remember the previous month, and what was happening long before that. What does your life look like? What did it look like? What were you doing? Can you see that your actions determined who you are and what you do today? Can you see that your professional life determined what is happening in your head? Can you see that people you spent time with determined your views a little, or maybe even quite heavily? Do you understand that your daily activities determined everything: what you had in your mind, what habits you created, and what people you met?
It is very important to answer these questions for yourself, because what you do, you become.
If your job is to work with business clients and make them happy, you may be some kind of a manager, and you become a person who solves other people's problems, is often stressed, creates habits that involve working long hours... the list goes on.
If you are a rock star who writes songs every day about a failed love with your girlfriend, about the darkness in society, and about negativity, you recall these emotions very often, and you create a hidden habit inside your brain to feel bad all the time. Time passes, and you lose your energy, you lose your lightness and happiness.
If you are a crazy musician who creates trance music, lives to the rhythm every day, and talks with the spirit about creativity, about the world and the universe, you create habits to continue looking for light and joy everywhere, and you make your connection with the world and the spirit in a very clean way. That simple action, of transforming your model of the entire universe into a soundtrack, makes you a strong person full of love.
If you are a software engineer who naturally enjoys building structures, apps, and systems that work by themselves somehow, almost intellectually, and you are passionate about that, all this makes you transform yourself, as well. You never stop looking for a better solution, and, this way, you make your connection with the universe in a uniquely clean way.
If you see yourself gloomy and unhappy, it's time to start thinking and acting. How you feel right now determines how you are going to feel in the future, because you are building your habits right here, right now. They are not easy to change, and will never be. So start working on yourself today, and keep focus of what you do when you wake up, what you do when you drive your car, what you do at work, and what you do when you are with your family or friends.
Watch yourself every single minute, because what you do, you become.
