Here is a simple green drink recipe to boost your energy in less than 5 minutes, for your entire day. It's a tasty and healthy smoothie that's easy to prepare!
I named it Green Tornado.
Here is a list of ingredients you're going to need to make 4 glasses of Green Tornado:
- Water (1 cup or 200 ml)
- Banana (2 whole, peeled)
- Lemon (1/4, peeled)
- Broccoli (3 pieces or about 50 g)
- Iceberg lettuce (1/3 or about 100 g)
- Cashew nuts (2 tablespoons)
- Raisins (1 tablespoon)
- Celery ribs (3 ribs)
Mix them all in a blender for about 15 seconds, until all ingredients merge together to become a tasty green drink.
Green drinks are awesome, because they make your body more alkaline, helping you to become light, strong, and healthy. Also, because only raw vegetables and nuts are used, you get a huge amount of vitamins and minerals, a little great protein, and the best fat you can find.
